1. The service
Property Serch (“the platform”) is operated by A R Buildwel as an information and facilitation tool. It is not a real estate agent, broker under law, financial adviser, legal adviser, or regulated investment platform unless separately licensed and stated.
2. No guarantee of transactions
Listings, matches, scores, and messages are provided to help you discover opportunities. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or closure of any deal. You are solely responsible for due diligence, legal verification, and payments outside what the platform explicitly documents.
3. Contact and anti-circumvention
The platform may restrict how contact details appear in public listings and route enquiries through platform workflows. You agree not to use the platform to spam, mislead, or bypass applicable laws or platform rules.
4. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, commit fraud, or violate these terms. Some actions may require verification or admin approval.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A R Buildwel and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, including missed deals, reliance on user-generated content, or third-party services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the extent permitted by law.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
